The method

Nothing on the sheet without a reason.

Every session is written around what your goal actually asks of your body. That is the principle of specificity, and it works the same way for a first timer as it does for a world champion.

The method

The principle of
specificity.

Generic conditioning makes a tired fighter fitter. It does not make him hit harder. The program only earns its place if it moves the exact qualities the sport demands, measured and re examined every block.

  1. 01

    Specificity over volume

A fighter does not need more miles. He needs force delivered in the exact joint angles, contraction speeds and stance positions a punch actually lives in. Every exercise on the sheet has to look like the sport under a stopwatch or it comes off the sheet.

  2. 02

    Single leg is the truth

Power leaves the floor through one leg at a time. Rear foot drive, hip rotation, front side deceleration. We load, jump and land unilaterally so the punch has a base that does not leak energy sideways.

  3. 03

    Plyometrics as a punch tool

Contact times are short, so the training is short. Reactive hops, band resisted rotations, medicine ball releases and depth work build a stretch shortening cycle that turns bodyweight into knockout velocity.

  4. 04

Cool the brain, keep the round

My doctoral work measured what happens to decision speed after sparring, and how selective cerebral cooling protects it. Recovery is not a soft day. It is the reason round nine still has clean reads and clean feet.

Your roadmap

Tell us the goal.
We draw the route.

Whatever you are after, first ten pounds off or a title shot, you get a plan on paper and a guide for every step of it. And if you would rather put your headphones on and train alone, the floor is yours.

  1. Step 01

    Sit down with a consultant

You start with a conversation, not a sales pitch. Goals, history, schedule, injuries, what you actually enjoy doing.

  2. Step 02

    Get your roadmap

We build a written plan with a target and a route to it. Sessions, progressions and checkpoints you can read at a glance.

  3. Step 03

    Train with a guide

A coach walks you through the lifts, the machines and the pace. You always know what today is for.

  4. Step 04

    Recheck and adjust

Every few weeks we measure, talk and update the plan. Progress is tracked, not assumed.

Community

A different kind
of gym floor.

Members learn each other's names. Coaches notice when you miss a week. New lifters get shown how, not stared at. That support is the reason people stay, and the reason the results keep coming.
