- Do I need experience to join?
- No. A large part of this room has never trained seriously before. Foundations exists exactly for that, and every membership starts with a consultation so nobody guesses their way through the first month.
- Is this only for fighters?
- No. Boxing is part of the culture because of who built it, but the majority of members are people with a body they want to feel better in and a goal they want written down.
- Can I just use the equipment on my own?
- Yes. Access memberships give you the whole floor and the recovery suite with no obligation to be coached. Coaching is there when you want it.
- What happens at a consultation?
- A conversation about your history, schedule, injuries and what you actually enjoy, then a written roadmap with a target and checkpoints. It takes about forty minutes and it costs nothing.
